    Our clients have been receiving practical communications advice from us since 1986. Whether it’s raising awareness, changing attitudes or behaviours, we’ve worked hard since then to ensure that our communications programmes achieve our clients’ objectives.

    We’ve learnt some important lessons along the way. The most important one? You can’t skimp on time spent acquiring professional wisdom. It’s the bedrock on which we offer our clients practical advice based on a thorough understanding of their business but also the context and environment in which they operate.

    And you can’t skimp on time spent understanding their brief. It’s why we immerse ourselves in our clients’ business at the start of a campaign. The result? A more robust strategy and an increased likelihood of a successful outcome (we call it effective communications).
