Chancellor switches date of Autumn Statement 2013

Chancellor George Osborne has announced that the date of the Autumn Statement has been moved to Thursday 5th December.

Originally scheduled for Wednesday 4th December, the switch was made because the Prime Minister will now be leading a trade delegation in China that day.
