Keene Communications to launch property redress scheme for new client HF Resolution Ltd

Keene has notched up its third new client in as many months. HF Resolution Ltd, a subsidiary of specialist insurance services provider Hamilton Fraser, has handed us a wide-ranging PR brief and tasked us with helping them to launch their Property Redress Scheme (PRS), one of three property ombudsman schemes to receive Government approval.

The PRS will become one of three ombudsman schemes that all letting agents must join, as, from October, the Government intends to introduce new legislation making it a legal requirement. This will bring the letting agents market into line with estate agents, who are already legally required to join a scheme.

This type of project is a classic business communications brief and so very much plays to our strengths.
